Deauthorization of computer failed because of use of an old AdobeID

Hi all, I cannot deauthorize my computer, it refers to an old AdobeID that I am no longer using. I'd like to authorize with my new AdobeID. But I get an error message, see below. I've tried reinstalling, but that doesn't work.
