Deauthorize a lost device

Is it possible to deauthorize a device that is no longer in my possession? I lost my e-book-reader at a highway station and would like to deauthorize it so that I can authorize a new e-book-reader. I am using other devices with the same ADE ID, so I would need a "free" device.
