deauthorize PC without access to the original PC

I had authorized adobe digital edition on my PC and then reinstalled without deauthorizing it. 

Is there any way that I can re authorize my PC from within my adobe account or something else I can do?

Im aware of the keyboard shortcut that you do in the program but since its no longer installed and its a fresh install of my OS I'm going to assume this won't work even if I reinstall it, but I'd be happy to be told I'm wrong.
