Deauthorizing ADE

Hello there, I've read several posts on this matter but still can't solve my problem...
ADE on my pc doesn't allow me anymore to download my purchased ebooks from the URLlink.ascm source files.
It keeps telling me to "TRY AGAIN LATER", but it doesn't simply work so I'm stuck in a loop. I tried to uninstall and reinstalling it again, but nothing has changed. Can you please help me ? Thanks a lot to everyone ♥
