Delivery to Adobe Digital Edition

Is there a way to privately delivery a digital-edition magazine (PDF) to a list of ADE users/subscribers. What we are looking for would work similar to the Send To Kindle Desktop App. This could work through the cloud but we would want to be able to delivery to non-cloud members.
