Desautorizar ADE

ADE no funciona en mac y, siguiendo las instrucciones, he intentado desautorizarlo. Me dice que esa operación no puede realizarse. He intentado accceder al archivo activation.dat par borarlo, pero no lo encuentro

 

Bilioteca/Application Support/Adobe/ Aquí no me aparece ninguna carpeta de Digital Editions.

 

¿De qué otra forma puede desatorizar ADE?

Hi There,

 

You will find ADE under user's library. Please follow the below steps.

 

  • Close ADE
  • Navigate to /Users/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions
  • Drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
  • Try to authorize your computer by opening ADE, clicking on Help menu, choose authorize computer, enter your email address and password and clicking on Authorize.

    As I already said, when I navigate 

    /Users/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ but here there isn't any folder "Digital Editions"

    So, I can't find the file "activation.dat"

    Please, it's realayy URGENT

    Hi,

     

    What is the error you are getting while authorizing ADE? Can you please share the screenshot?

     

    Also can you try reinstalling ADE and see if that works?
