Device deauthorized

borrowed an ebook from my library via overdrive

downloaded and installed ADE

followed instrustions to authorize and App indicates it is authorized.

when I try to download to ADE from Overdrive, I get an error message:" Device deauthorized.  This device is not authorized to read Adobe ebooks."
