Device in ADE

My Kobo e-reader is connected with my pc and i installed ADE and authorized computer. But the device "section" in ADE does'nt show up when I connect the e-reader. As a consequence, I cannot authorize the reader and i cannot load up e-books. 

Can anyone advise what am i doing wrong ?

It's a recent computer and the latest program of ADE.
