Digital Edition

Hey! I have major problems getting Adobe digital edition to work (locked)

My password has not worked since the last upgrade  (4.5). When I download books from the library with "OverDrive" and try to get them into Adobe Digital Edition, this message comes up. E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

After a long chat with Adobe suport (4 different handlers) I  tried to erase all Adobe prg from my computer (following their guidance) - I got myself a new email address and identity - but when I install AdobeDigitalEdition again,  it is still locked to my old AdobeID and I can't erase the user . Is there a solution to this problem? Grateful for all the help !! Sisjön
