Very frustrated I need an answer on how to get past this error( E Auth User Already Registered). Adobe will not let me down load books to my e reader even though it is registered. Adobe tells me it is downloading but does not. It tells me to then Authorize it but I can not get pass the Error message? Please help.

Have you authorize your reader which a exist adobe id or try to create a new adobe ID?

it is authorized with an existing adobe ID but does not work, I have not tried to create a new ID.

Strange the error that they try to create a new ID. Do used which operating System?
