Digital edition missing and blank pages no help from adobe to troubleshoot the issue

The digital editions will no longer show pages of the books downloaded. Tried all the trouble shooting I could find in the community forum including downloading acrobat reader and nothing works. Tried contacting adobe directly and I was told they could do nothing since they discontinued the digital editions and offer no support for the acrobat reader either. I just want to know how to access the books on the digital editions because I have tried everything I could find and the unwillingness on Adobe's part to provide any support for their products is beyond frustrating. The support people said my only option was to post on this forum and hope someone can help because they can do absolutely nothing to assist with the issue. Any help to access the books either on digitial edition or acrobat reader would be greatly appreciated.
