I have purchased a new kobo and when I try to authorize this to set it up, I get the following error.

E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/Activate 6047:47:10000 urn:uuid:15065348-70d0-4117-bef4-1de7d2e7b71c

how can I fix this?

No proper support for ADE activations (such as a web page where you can view/edit).

You need to contact Live Chat http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html who will reset ALL your activations.

You then need to reactivate the devices you still use (up to 6).

The "Too Many Activations" can probably be handled by contacting Adobe Customer Support (not Technical Support).

For digital editions, I have no idea what the allowed number of Activations would be, but it appears that you have exceeded that number.

    Good luck,
