Digital Editions 4.5.12 not starting

HI,

May I please have some assistance to geet Digital Editioons up and running again?

The app has stopped loading.

So far I have:

Uninstalled and reinstalled to C drive

Uninstalled and reinstalled to D drive (started once but has since stopped starting)

Right click select run as admin

Renamed the My Digital Editions Folder.

I've tried all these repeadedly and am not getting anywhere and would really appreciated your assistance please.
