Digital Editions 4.5 does NOT launch (Windows) 2020

Hi, 

I am having problems for months with ADE.

It does NOT open.

From what I saw, i should be renaming or deleting some files or reauthorizing just after having deauthorized... Its just a huge mess. Does anyone have a simple solution for a simple user ?

I find it just unbelievable being forced to use this system and having it NOT working. Books have been bought.
