Hi,

I recently bought a book and authorised it with Digital Editions. When trying to view the book it doesn't allow me to, saying the ID isn't associated with the vendor.

I know my ID and password are correct but it still won't associate with the file.

    I had the same problem. I removed the activation.dat file and now my Kobo downloads ebooks successfully! The advice given elsewhere in this forum was to, "navigate to /Users//Library/Applications Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to trash". I was then able to authorize my computer successfully too.

    This works!!!
