Digital editions app - error downloading book

I am trying to download a book that I have on my desktop adobe digital editions to my phone app.

I originally got the following error: error getting license license server communication problem.

Then I deauthorized my app, deleted the app and redownloaded it and signed in

I am now getting the error: connection error detected - digital editions could not connect to the fulfillment server.
