Digital Editions could not connect to the activation server ??

I try to authorize my device (iPad). But there is a message "Digital Editions could not connect to the activation server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet", does anyone also has this problem? and how to solve this?

I don't think Adobe aware of this problem. The way to contact them is very difficult! They should improve the others channel to report issue.

    Did the latest Adobe Digital Editions update on my iPad and the problem was fixed.

    Thank you. I re downloaded the app & it worked for me as well. Now I don't ha to lug around both of my textbooks.

    Have exactly the same problem on the Mac version. Tried to de-authorize and re-authorize, but it just won't communicate the the activation server.

    June 9 and I gave the same problem. Get on this Adobe.

    I'm having this same problem. I've restarted my iPad, deleted & redownloaded the app and nothing is working!

    We are experiencing the same thing.  It works on a macbook pro, but not on mobile devices
