Digital Editions - crashes continually following IT upgrade

We recently had an IT upgrade in which all our computers were replaced. Our limit of 6 PCs was tied to the old machines and so might need resetting. We have downloaded the book again but Adobe Digital Editions crashes every time we try to open the title.

Please could someone sort?
