Digital Editions - De-Authorization Issue & Book Download Error

I keep getting an authorization error when I download a book - the seller/publisher has reset everything and says I should be fine.  I've uninstalled and re-downloaded/installed Adobe Digital Editions, reset my password, etc. and still getting same error.  I decided to try to deauthorize the computer, and it gives me the common error of wait some time and try again.  None of it is working.

I did a chat discussion with support and did not receive ANY help and was told to post here and support would reply via email to me.  There is no case number I can find in the transcript.
