Digital Editions does not allow me to withdraw the authorization

I lost access to all the books in my library, since every time I try to open one I get errors. I tries to follow the steps suggested for those kinds of errors, but they entail withdrawing the authorizatio to Adobe DE and it does not allow me to do that, either. Whay should I do?
