Digital Editions doesn't want to open

I was always using Digital Editions, until one day I couldn't open the app anymore.

It just doesn't want to start anymore. Nothing is happening. I tried deleting it and reinstalling, but that doesn't help.

Can anybody help me? As it is the only reading app I have found which is great.
