Digital Editions Download / Licence problem

For no reason, I cannot either Return or Download borrowed or new books from Borrowbox – I

get the Error Message :

“Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem.

E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR”

I have typed this in as the code on the following site:

https//:adobe.com/go/error-codes

It tells me the Error Code is not known.

My computer is authorised and I have recently returned and downloaded off Borrowbox without any problem.

How do we resolve..........?

renew the book and then return it. It should work 😉

Oops... sorry, I misread the question. You are not woanting to return a book, but are trying to do something with ADE, so we are on the same boat.
