Digital Editions error

DE version: 4.5.9.14

Recently installed DE.

Have borrowed book from my local library. Book shows up in DE.

Authorized computer and Nook in DE with same Adobe ID.

Drag new book to Nook device and get error: CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book

Anybody have any ideas?
