Digital Editions Error: Unable to download

I bought a book from Google Play and downloaded the EPUB with a .acsm extension. When trying to open it in ADE, I get the "Unable to download" message with the further explanation "Error getting license. License server communication error: E_STREAM_ERROR"

I had a live chat with AKASH VERMA from Adobe support, who said Adobe can't help me, I must ask you guys. So please help. Sort of urgently. Please.

    E_STREAM_ERROR its error with the eBook Download itself. Try if work when start the download over the other internet browser. Its also not work contact reseller for check the downloadserver.
