Digital Editions: I can't sign in

I am having the same issue.

When signing in with my Adobe ID though Adobe Digital Editions on the iPad (not sure if other platforms work)I receive the error, "Username or password is incorrect," even though I can sign in with the same username and password on Adobe.com, Acrobat, and Creative Cloud.
