Digital Editions is not recognizing my Nook HD+, I can't transfer library books to the device

Adobe Editions is not recognizing my Nook HD+     I can't transfer library books.

Adobe Editions recognizes my Nook Glowlight.but not my Nook HD+

I noticed others have posted this issue with no results?
