Digital Editions ist leer, Account gelöscht

Ich habe ein Mac mit OS Catalina und Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. Ich benutze ADE, um die gekauften Bücher auf meine alten Sony Reader zu transportieren und dort zu lesen. Nun habe ich festgestellt, das mein ADE auf dem Computer nur noch ein einziges Buch enthält, das zuletzt gekaufte. Ich meine, dass ich mich nach diesem Kauf neu wieder authorisieren musste, was auch geklappt hat. Aber dummerweise sind nun meine anderen Bücher nicht mehr erreichbar. Sie sind auch nicht mehr im Ordner Documente/Digital Editions, dort liegt auf der obersten Ebene nur noch ein Buch. Mir ist, als ob die Ordnerstruktur beim letzten erfolgreichen Transfer auch anders aussah.

Ich habe dann versucht in meinem Adobe Konto einzuloggen, was auch geklappt hat, wenn ich jedoch auf "Konto anzeigen" klicke, bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung:

Kann es sein, dass Adobe mein Konto mitsamt aller Bücher gelöscht hat? Ist das rechtlich überhaupt zulässig?

    Sorry, missed the fact that this community seems to be "English only". Here is what I wanted to ask (made some progress in the meantime):

    How to restore password for Digital editions account when no "restore password" mail is sent from Adobe?

    I'm using a mac with OS Catalina and the app Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. ADE is a tool to transport buyed books to my old Sony Reader. I noticed lately that ADE now contains only a single book (the last one I bought without DRM) and the app doesn't seem to be no longer authorised. Stupidly, I forgot my adobe id passwort, but it's saved at least in one brower.  I tried now to restore my adobe id password on adobe.com but no mail with reset link is sent to my email address. 

    I also can no longer access my account on adobe.com. I can log in but I cannot open my account details:

    Can anybody help me? I really would like to buy new books with DRM. Please! Thanks a lot.

    Okay, don't know how it's solved and why because I didn't get a reply here. But all of a sudden my Adobe Digital Editions App is authorised again. Also, i did get finally a verification code mail on my last try to reset my password. Looks like someone has reactivated my account 🙂 Thanks!

    All my books, even the ones are with DRM are no available in my library. Issue solved.
