digital Editions ne s'ouvre pas

bonjour, Adobe Digital Editions ne s'ouvre pas il écrit qu'il charge ma bibliothèque aalors que tous les livres sont dans mes documents dans my Digital Edition. Que faire ? merci pour votre réponse.

Hello.

I am very sorry that I can not resolve this issu for you. My problem is one of convincing Adobe to reset my Digital count ... after 3 weeks there is still no resolution to my problem.  Perhaps if you continually go through CHATS and make a nuisance of your self, maybe then they will look at your problem.   Good Luck
