Digital Editions no longer opening books, old or new, with out errors

We sell an ebook through Editiond Guard and ADE is the only reader we can use.  We are receiving massive complaints from customers and when we try to access our own books, old or new, they are full of errors like blank pages and unreadable text.  Help!
