Digital Editions not recognizing new Kobo Aura

I have ADE 3.01 and Windows 10. I got a new Kobo Aura, connected it to the computer, started ADE but it's not recognizing the reader. I was going to erase the authorization but there is no erase authorization option on the Help menu.

I'm not sure what to do next.
