Digital Editions on Ipad only partially downloads books

Hi, I have and IPad Air 2, when i download a book from my library, it will only partially download books. Pages are missing, and you can barely see outlines of other pages. Anyone have a fix?

Have you found any solution to this problem? (I have checked on ios 15.7 on iphone and ipad, same problem as described)
