digital editions printing permission?

I have purchased a publication that I have opened through digital editions, but it will only let me print 50 pages with an additional page accrued every 1 day, capped at 50 pages.  Is there any way to bypass this?  Also, when I downloaded the software I did not authorize the computer and wonder if this has anything to do with the printing limitation.  Will I lose my current Adobe DRM protected items if I try to authorize the computer now?
