Digital Editions set up problem

I request your intervention, from distance into my computer screen,using team viewer, to reset the whole 'digital edition problem'

I have downloaded the Digital Editions Version for -window 7 - but the page remains white!

There is no way to ad any document into the table, neithe the bibliotec.

Existing E-book editions, stored in my download file, can also not been transfered: the indication: 'herror de activation' come al the time up.

I'm realy desperate, as it is not posible to store my e-books in Digital Editions.

Kindly contact my to solve this problem.

Close Adobe Digital Edition.
Rename My Digital Edition Folder in the my documents folder

Start now Adobe Digital edition and download ebooks again....

It has worked. Now my Digital Editions table performas as usual.

Interesting your remark, - I would not know that the existing file of the previous set up, is interfering in the new installation.

Again, I'm very pleased having received that simple advise, but the key procedure for further downloads!
