Digital Editions - unable to download

Hi

I purchased an eBook (epub) about a year ago. I authorized the computer (laptop) and downloaded the eBook successfully. My laptop was subsequently stolen a few months later. I'm now trying to download the eBook again onto a new laptop but I'm getting the below error

Unable to download. Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem:

E_LIC_ALREADY FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

I have authorized the new laptop using the same Adobe ID previously used with no success. I have deauthorized / erased authorization and reauthorized the laptop as per advice on some of the forums but this has not helped at all.

I contacted the store I purchased the eBook from and they advised I contact Adobe directly for assistance.

Please help urgently.
