Digital Editions - Viewing books on more than one device..

Hi!

I've recently downloaded a book on Digital Edition to my trusty Toshiba laptop and would like to view the same book on my iPad.

I've downloaded the Digital Editions iPad App, but when I try to open the ASCM file that pops up in the Library, I'm getting the "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" error message.

Can somebody please help?

Very frustrating as I'd like to study on the go with my iPad not my 6 yr old, heavy, cumbersome laptop 🙂

PS. Someone has already offered the " get a new laptop " solution and that's not going to happen right now 🙂
