Digital Editions will not Sync

I downloaded Digital Editions on my Lenovo Tablet and downloaded several ebooks for school.  I came home and installed Digital Editions on my PC, signed in and authorized the device and none of my ebooks have sync'd.  Tried doing online chat and they kept referring me here which I had not found a resolution, so I'm starting a NEW post.  Can anyone help me?
