Digital Editions won't reset my password

Hi, can someone solve this problem, please. My computer is authorized for Adobe Digital Editions and it shows the account authorized which is my email address | Campus eBookstore.  Campus eBookstore is there because I have previously purchased a book from my school.  However, the books I have now are not through my school.  I can't remember my password, so when I ask for a password reset for the email address, I never get an email for the reset.
