Digital Editions won't work

Hello, i have downloaded Digital Editions but it won't work. After installation i get the message Adobe Digital editions have stopped working and that's it. I tried all the steps on the Installation issues for Adobe Digital Editions 4.0 site but still nothing.

    Hallo,

    ich Habe die neue Version heruntergeladen und habe ebenfalls ein Problem mit dem Schlüssel.

    Ich lösche ihn, aber ich kann den Rechner nicht neu autorisieren, o.k. es ist ein Windows7-Rechner.

    Immer wieder erscheint die Nachricht Error, check aktivation!

    Dann scheint der Schlüssel nicht richtig gelöscht zu sein. Hast du es mit einem Admin Nutzer gelöscht?
