Digital Editoins 2.0 and Dynavox

I have a customer who is trying to use DE 2.0 on a Dynavox VMax. Unfortunatly, the page turn buttons are obscured by the onscreen Dynavox tools and keyboard access is not an option. Is there a way to move the onscreen page turn buttons elsewhere?
