digital reader issues

Hi all

Installed digital reader on windows 10.

worked fine Autherised no

problem and opened dowloaded book.

Then the text disappered.

progam opens and pages show  but no text.

Also incredably slow to scroll or turn pages.

Anyone any ideas?

BTW  searched this site
