Do ADE programmers or other Adobe personnel respond to questions in this group?

There many problems with ver. 4.5.10.185749 for windows7, but my questions here go unanswered and my library's support is likewise limited to what can be had on this forum.

Newer book releases, if they have images, cannot be viewed. For example, the very top of an image can be seen at the bottom of a page. It is not on the following page. The only way to sort of see it is to "grab" it and drag it up. A "ghost" of the image can be seen over the text on the page.

After a few word searches, one is unable to copy anything else.

This program needs some TLC. It would be wonderful if one could purchase a version with more features and the ability to properly display images.
