I have posted three questions and have no response

please help me I have had a ebook now that I have to use

adobe digital additions to access how ever I reinstall and upgrade my computer frequently

and have exceeded the number of machines it is a loud on

even so that it has only been one machines for years until recently

when I upgraded my computer which also dual boots

but now I cant access my ebook because of this error

I am told that this is the only way to get support though this forum

please reset my account please or at lest send a email stating that

u won't something weeks are going by and I have not heard anything

needless to say I am not to impressed.
