document have been open on an other device

i receive a link to dowload an ebook

icouldnt open it , so a friend tried from her phone and could open it

i was mising adobe digital edition.
but now when i try to open it on my computer , they tell me " e lic already fulldied by another user"

i realy need this document for my training...
