"Document is licensed for a different user account"

I've been using ADE for a few months, mosty to borrow books from the library and transfer them to my Nook.  All of a sudden I can't read my Nook books.  The error message is "Document is licensed for a different user account".

The only thing I can think of is that I started with one credit card and then changed to another.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Lori

Correct answer sjpt

There has been an issue recently with a software update on the Nook,

requiring some form of reauthorization.

Thnaks!  It worked.  Of course I have to re-download ALL my apps and books, plus I lost my automatic WiFi connections, but that's B&N's fault.

WARNING:  If you want to do this, save all your network WiFi passwords, and remember all settings for your apps.  I lost everything on my Calendar app (which has become my go-to).

UPDATE:  Only a few of my books have transferred correctly from Nook to ADE.  Since I mostly go in the other direction I am not too worried, yet.  I'll post further updates if anything new arises.
