Document is licensed for a different user account

Hello,

I know many had this problem in the past but the proposed solutions do not work for me. I have bought a ebook from TSO.co.uk and when I load it in ADE it keeps saying that the document is licensed for a different user account. I have 2 Adobe user accounts and none of them can read the file. Does anyone know hwo to solve this annoying problem?
