Does Digital Edition V4 work on Windows 8 or 8.1?

I cannot print out correctly PDF files with DRM control by Digital Edition 4.0.3 on Windows 8.1.

The bottom part of the document is blank.

I can print out correctly the same PDF files by Digital Edition 4.0.3 on Windows 7.
