Doigital edition on a new machine

Hi

I bought a new computer and are trying to install Digital edition 

I got help from the support to unregister the old license but even if the done that it still doesnt work to register it on a new machine

Authorize is now gray in the digital edition so I cant register the new machine but before I got something with that this user hasnt downloade from Adobe ....

Then it I download a link and open a link I get the infoprmation that I cant communicate to the server and the license is registered on another machine

I get this then I am downloading book E_License_already_fullfilled_ by_another_user

What Can I do?
