double-page problem

Hi,

I am viewing an e-book (.acsm-based) in ADE 4.0.3. The content is cut in Single-page view. When I switch to double-page view, the content doesn't show in 2 pages, and the content is still cut. I changed the font size to the smallest, the content still shows on the left side only.
