I am an overseas students Association of International Accountant, I bought ebook a from them, I would like to download in my new iPad mini for my studies, but failure and shows "authorise too many times".  As far as I know, there are five devices that the user can download thee book, I have erased the ebook in my samsung mobile, but still not success.  Please assist me to resolve this problem as soon as possible, I need to prepare my exam at once.

Furthermore, I would like to change the existing userid to another email address, please let me know how to do.
