download failed

Hi. I downloaded a book from the site libreriauniversitaria.com last May with my old pc. Yesterday I downloaded Abobe Digital Editions in my new pc, but the problem is that instead of my book, there is a file with white pages. the site gave me the opportunity to redownload the book, but the problem persists: now I have two time the book with white pages.
